Correspondence of Mary Bourque with Washington State Library, 1971-1983.

This collection consists of two letters. One is a type-written letter to Mrs. Barouque on Mar. 5, 1971 from Hazel Mills, Research Consultant and Librarian for the Washington-Northwest Room at Washington State Library. The other letter is a hand-written letter from Mrs. Barouque dated 15 Sept. 1983. Mrs. Barouque relates her memories of a trip taken to Neah Bay in 1908 when she was 6 years old. The letter includes the words to two songs in Chinook jargon.
